  Taiki Yoku Chudan

1. Turn to left with left arm chudan (middle) block - wide low front stance
2. Step with right leg - right hand chudan punch - wide low front stance
3. Right arm turns to right side with right arm chudan block - wide low front stance
4. Step with left leg - left hand chudan punch - wide low front stance
5. Left arm to middle with a left hand chudan block - wide low front stance
6. Step right leg - right chudan punch - wide low front stance
7. Step left leg - left chudan punch - wide low front stance
8. Step right leg - right chudan punch - low front stance
9. Left leg (back leg) crosses behind right leg and turn body to right with left leg out front and left arm chudan block - wide low front stance
10. Step with right leg - right chudan punch - wide low front stance
11. Right leg turns to left side with right chudan block - wide low front stance
12. Step with left leg - left chudan punch - wide low front stance
13. Left leg to middle with a left chudan block - wide low front stance
14. Step right leg - right chudan punch - wide low front stance
15. Step left leg - left chudan punch - wide low front
16. Step right leg - right chudan punch - wide low front stance
17. Left leg (back leg) crosses behind right leg and turn body to left
with a left arm chudan block - wide low front stance
18. Step right leg - right chudan punch - wide low front stance
