1.Step right leg forward
2.Double chudon (middle) blocks
3.Elbow strike and punch w/ left hand - return to block position
4.Step left leg forward
5.Elbow strike and punch w/ right hand - return to block position
6.Step right leg forward
7.Elbow strike and punch w/ left hand - return to block position
8 - 12.Elbow strike and punch starting with the right hand and alternating left, right, left, right, left (each time bringing it back to block position)
13 - 17.Elbow strike to double spear hand strikes - 5x and last time they stay out
18. Flip hands up so palms face out
19.Left hand goes under right elbow
20.Step back with right foot
21.Right hand circles behind left arm (close to your chest) and ends up on top w/ fingers pointed up and left hand on bottom and fingers pointed down.
22.Push out and bring back
23.Right hand goes under left elbow
24.Step back with left foot
25.Left hand circles behind right arm (close to your chest) and ends up on top w/ fingers pointed up and right hand on bottom fingers pointed down
26.Push out and bring back
27.Feet together - bow
