  Heian Sandan


1. From attention turn left with a left middle (chudan) block.
2. Move the right foot up to the left while executing a left low
   (gedan) right chudan block combination.
   Left chudan block right gedan block combination.
3. Step back with right foot turning 180° with a right chudan block.
4. Move the left foot up to the right while executing a right
   gedan block left chudan block combination.
   Left gedan block, right chudan block combination.
5. Step back with the left foot with a double chudan block.
6. Step with right foot and a right spear hand.
7. Cross step the left foot to the rear turning 180° with
   a spinning left hammer fist (horse stance).
8. Step with right foot and right chudan punch.
9. Bring the left foot up to the right turning 180° to the right
   placing the knuckles on the hips.
10. Bring the right knee up and rotate 90° to the left
    swing right elbow to the left right overhand backfist.
11. Bring the left knee up and rotate 180° to the right
    swing left elbow to the right left overhand backfist.
12. Bring the right knee up and rotate 180° to the left
    swing right elbow to the left right overhand backfist.
13. Settle into back stance with double knife hand block.
14. Step with left foot left chudan punch.
15. Turn left 180° with right punch over left shoulder.
16. Shift right with left punch over right shoulder.
17. Bow.
