Basic Form I format with deep front stances
1.Turn to left with left arm gedan (low) block
2.Step right leg - right hand chudan (middle) punch
3.Right arm turns to right side with right arm gedan block
4.Pull up right arm in a half circle motion to a hammer fist strike -
stomp with right foot
5.Step left leg - left chudan punch
6.Left leg to middle with left arm gedan (low) block -
left hand to open handed jodan (high) block
7.Close left hand - step right foot with right hand jodan block
8.Step left foot - left hand jodan block
9.Step right foot - right hand jodan block
10.Left leg (back leg) crosses behind right leg and turn body to right
with left leg out front and left arm gedan block
11.Step with right leg - punch right chudan punch
12.Right leg turns to left side with right gedan block
13.Step with left leg - punch left chudan punch
14.Left leg to middle with a left gedan block
15.Step right leg - punch right chudan punch
