Gekisai Dai-Ichi
1.Turn left with left hand jodan (high) block - SANCHIN stance.
2.Step right leg with right hand chudan (middle) punch - SANCHIN stance.
3.Left hand to left ear - Turn facing front in horse stance while bringing left arm around front of face to a gedan (low) block on left side of body.
4.Turn to right side with a right arm jodan block - SANCHIN stance.
5. Step left leg with left-hand chudan punch - SANCHIN stance
6.Right hand to right ear - Turn facing front in horse stance while bringing right arm around front of face to a gedan block on right side of body.
7.Step to middle with left leg and left arm chudan block - SANCHIN stance.
8.Step forward with right leg and right arm chudan block - SANCHIN stance.
9.Front kick with left leg (back leg) - drop kick into front stance with left arm raising elbow strike, dropping back fist high, and gedan block,
chudan punch right hand.
10.Leaving right arm out turn half turn to right with a high back fist.
11.Step left leg with left arm chudan block (now facing backward) - SANCHIN stance.
12.Front kick with right leg (back leg) - Drop kick into front stance with right arm raising elbow strike, dropping back fist high, and gedan block Chudan punch with left hand.
13.Leaving left arm out turn half turn to left with a back fist.
14.Step back with the left leg with dragon punch (right hand on top) - SANCHIN stance
Switch feet (left foot up front) switch hands (left hand on top)
15.Feet together - Bow
